EMS is a mobile application that allows your mobile phone to submit assistance requests to our central help desk in South Africa. The help desk will then use your information and your device location to dispatch the necessary service required for a variety of services. You have the ability to capture contact information who will be notified with your location in the event that you call for assistance.
